Are the boots authentic?
Yes. Every pair is sourced, inspected and photographed by us before it goes live. We have sold over a thousand pairs with 100% positive feedback on eBay, and we would rather lose a sale than put a questionable pair on the site.
What condition are they in?
It varies by pair, and the exact condition is written on every listing. What never varies is the photography — the images show the pair you will receive, including any marks. Nothing is cropped out or edited.
How quickly will my order be posted?
Within 24 hours. UK orders go Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, posted Monday to Saturday. Republic of Ireland orders go DPD next working day, posted Monday to Friday.
Do Irish customers pay customs charges?
No. Orders to the Republic of Ireland arrive with no customs fees to pay.
Can I return them if they are not right?
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to let us know. Boots need to come back unworn and in the condition they arrived, and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Email enhancedboots@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return address.
What if I order the wrong size?
Check the size guide first — boot sizing shifts between brands, and older models often run smaller than modern ones. If you are unsure on a specific pair, message us before you order and we will tell you honestly how it fits.
Can I get this pair in a different size?
Almost always no. Nearly everything we sell is a single pair in a single size — once it is gone, it does not come back. If you tell us what you are hunting for, we will keep an eye out.
Can I pay another way?
Checkout takes all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, Revolut or PayPal, message us on Instagram @enhanced_boots and we will sort it.
