Refund Policy At Enhanced Boots

At Enhanced Boots, we specialise in sourcing rare and high-performance football boots. Many of the products we sell are older models or collector pairs. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless one of the following applies:

• The item arrives damaged during delivery, or

• The item is significantly different from the description or photos provided

If either of these situations occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will arrange either:

• A refund, or

• A replacement pair, where possible.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges if the boots received are:

• Unworn

• In the exact condition they arrived in

• Returned within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Condition of Products

Many of the boots we sell are rare, discontinued, or older models.

Because of this:

• We cannot guarantee the longevity or lifespan of any boots purchased.

• Enhanced Boots is a reseller and not the manufacturer, therefore we cannot provide manufacturer warranties.

All boots are carefully inspected before sale and their condition is shown as accurately as possible in product photos.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

• Change of mind after purchase

• General wear or damage after use

• Natural ageing of older football boots
